The present invention relates to an apparatus for maintaining a mold gap, comprising: a support unit (10) provided with a connection shaft (13) holding a coupling pin (12) on a fixation plate (11) and provided with a tubular connection rod (15) narrowly tapered toward a lower side at a lower end of the connection shaft (13); a hooking unit (20) installed to be held on the connection rod (15) of the support unit (10) and provided with two or more divided hooking pieces; and a sepa tie (30) installed within the hooking pieces (25) of the hooking unit (20) to be able to be coupled and decoupled and provided with screw threads to prevent detachment in a reverse direction. Therefore, the present invention prevents the mold from being divided or damaged during a concrete placement process to have a simple and small-sized structure and to be convenient and performs installation and disassembling work in a one-touch manner to speed up construction, thereby being able to enhance constructability and workability and to save man-hours.
본 발명은 거푸집의 간격을 유지하는 기구에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서, 고정판(11)상에 결착핀(12)을 수용하는 연결축(13)을 구비하고, 연결축(13)의 하단에 하방으로 좁아지게 구배진 관형의 연결대(15)를 구비하는 지지부(10); 상기 지지부(10)의 연결대(15)상에 수용되게 장착되고, 적어도 2개 이상 분할되는 걸림편(25)을 구비하는 걸림수단(20); 및 상기 걸림수단(20)의 걸림편(25) 내부 상으로 결착과 탈착이 가능하게 장착되고, 역방향 작동으로 탈착을 방지하도록 나사산(31)을 구비하는 세파타이(30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 콘크리트 타설 과정에서 거푸집이 벌어지거나 파손되는 것을 방지함에 있어 간단하고 소형화된 구조이면서 편리하고, 원터치 방식으로 설치 및 해체작업이 이루어져 신속한 시공이 가능하여 시공성과 작업성 및 공수를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
