The present invention relates to a fixing spacer for a mold which is to maintain a mold (G) at a fixed interval. The fixing spacer for a mold includes: a support unit (10) including a connection shaft (13) accommodating a coupling pin (12) elastically mounted and supported by a fixing plate (11) on one side of the mold (G), wherein the support unit (10) also includes a connection pipe (15) at a lower end of the connection shaft (13) to easily separate concrete after the concrete is cured; a hanging unit (20) having a hanging piece (25) divided into at least two or more and accommodated on the connection pipe (15) of the support unit (10), wherein the hanging unit (20) is installed on the connection pipe (15) of the support unit (10) to be connected to and disconnected from a tie (30) by a one-touch method; and the tie (30) including a screw thread (31) installed to be connected to and disconnected from the inside of the hanging piece (25) of the hanging unit (20), wherein the tie (30) also includes a cutting groove (32) to be cut when the concrete is completely cured. Therefore, the fixing spacer for a mold is convenient and has a simple and miniaturized structure to prevent the mold from being separated or damaged during a concrete placing process. The fixing spacer for a mold also enables rapid construction by enabling a user to fix, install, and demolish the tie which is a spacer unit by the one-touch method. Therefore, the fixing spacer for a mold can reduce workhours and improve constructability, safety, and workability.
본 발명은 거푸집(G)을 일정한 간격으로 유지시키는 간격 유지 고정장치에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서, 상기 거푸집(G)의 일면에 고정판(11)으로부터 탄성력으로 안착 지지하는 결착핀(12)을 수용한 연결축(13)을 구비하고, 연결축(13)의 하단에 콘크리트 양생 후 이탈이 용이하도록 연결관(15)을 구비하는 지지대(10); 상기 지지대(10)의 연결관(15) 상에 수용되게 적어도 2개 이상 분할되는 걸림편(25)을 장착하고, 지지대(10)의 연결관(15)상에서 원터치 방식으로 세파타이(30)와의 체결과 해체가 가능하게 구비하는 걸림수단(20); 및 상기 걸림수단(20)의 걸림편(25) 내부 상으로 결착과 탈착이 가능하게 나사산(31)을 구비하고, 콘크리트의 양생 완료 시 절단 가능하게 절개홈(32)을 구비하는 세파타이(30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 콘크리트 타설 과정에서 거푸집이 벌어지거나 파손되는 것을 방지함에 있어 간단하고 소형화된 구조이면서 편리하고, 원터치 방식으로 간격유지구인 세파타이를 고정 설치 및 해체작업이 이루어져 신속한 시공이 가능하여 시공성과 안전성, 작업성 및 공수를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a fixing spacer for a mold which is to maintain a mold (G) at a fixed interval.
