Prefabricated steel assembly for steel composite concrete column with permanent concrete form
The present invention relates to a prefabricated steel frame assembly for a steel composite concrete including light permanent mold, capable of enabling a mold to be quickly and easily coupled with a prefabricated steel frame assembly regardless of a position of a support bar connecting section steel materials of the prefabricated steel frame assembly. The prefabricated steel frame assembly comprises: a plurality of section steel materials; a support bar connecting adjacent section steel materials with each other; and a light permanent mold coupled with an outer end of a lower flange of a support bar on each pillar surface. The light permanent mold comprises: a flat part for forming an outer surface of a pillar; a protrusion part of an L-shaped cross section, protruding from the inner surface of the flat part in a longitudinal direction of the pillar; a corner bending part bent toward the pillar surface adjacent to one end of the flat part; and an outer protrusion part formed with an L-shaped cross section to be overlapped with the protrusion part located on the outermost side of the light permanent mold coupled with the adjacent pillar surface by protruding from the inside of an end of the corner bending part in a longitudinal direction of the member. As an L-shaped engaged hole having a mouth wider than the width of the protrusion part is formed in the lower flange of the support bar, the light permanent mold is inserted from the front side of the engaged hole and slid to a side to be engaged with the engaged hole.
본 발명은 선조립 철골 조립체의 형강재를 연결하는 지지바의 위치에 구애받지 않고 거푸집을 선조립 철골 조립체에 신속하고 용이하게 결합할 수 있는 경량 영구거푸집이 구비된 강합성 콘크리트 기둥용 선조립 철골 조립체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 복수의 형강재, 이웃하는 형강재를 상호 연결하는 지지바 및 각 기둥면에서 지지바의 하부플랜지 외측 단부에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집으로 구성되되, 상기 경량 영구거푸집은 기둥의 외면을 형성하기 위한 평판부, 상기 평판부의 내측면에 기둥 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 ㄱ자형 단면의 돌기부, 상기 평판부의 일측 단부에 이웃하는 기둥면 측으로 절곡 형성되는 코너절곡부 및 상기 코너절곡부의 단부 내측에 부재 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 이웃하는 기둥면에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집의 최외곽에 위치한 돌기부와 겹쳐지도록 ㄱ자형 단면으로 형성되는 외측 돌기부로 구성되고, 상기 지지바의 하부플랜지에는 입구가 상기 돌기부의 폭보다 넓은 ㄱ자형의 걸림공이 형성되어, 상기 경량 영구거푸집의 돌기부가 걸림공의 전면에서 삽입되어 측방으로 슬라이딩 이동하여 걸림공에 걸리는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated steel frame assembly for a steel composite concrete including light permanent mold, capable of enabling a mold to be quickly and easily coupled with a prefabricated steel frame assembly regardless of a position of a support bar connecting section steel materials of the prefabricated steel frame assembly. The prefabricated steel frame assembly comprises: a plurality of section steel materials; a support bar connecting adjacent section steel materials with each other; and a light permanent mold coupled with an outer end of a lower flange of a support bar on each pillar surface. The light permanent mold comprises: a flat part for forming an outer surface of a pillar; a protrusion part of an L-shaped cross section, protruding from the inner surface of the flat part in a longitudinal direction of the pillar; a corner bending part bent toward the pillar surface adjacent to one end of the flat part; and an outer protrusion part formed with an L-shaped cross section to be overlapped with the protrusion part located on the outermost side of the light permanent mold coupled with the adjacent pillar surface by protruding from the inside of an end of the corner bending part in a longitudinal direction of the member. As an L-shaped engaged hole having a mouth wider than the width of the protrusion part is formed in the lower flange of the support bar, the light permanent mold is inserted from the front side of the engaged hole and slid to a side to be engaged with the engaged hole.
본 발명은 선조립 철골 조립체의 형강재를 연결하는 지지바의 위치에 구애받지 않고 거푸집을 선조립 철골 조립체에 신속하고 용이하게 결합할 수 있는 경량 영구거푸집이 구비된 강합성 콘크리트 기둥용 선조립 철골 조립체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 복수의 형강재, 이웃하는 형강재를 상호 연결하는 지지바 및 각 기둥면에서 지지바의 하부플랜지 외측 단부에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집으로 구성되되, 상기 경량 영구거푸집은 기둥의 외면을 형성하기 위한 평판부, 상기 평판부의 내측면에 기둥 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 ㄱ자형 단면의 돌기부, 상기 평판부의 일측 단부에 이웃하는 기둥면 측으로 절곡 형성되는 코너절곡부 및 상기 코너절곡부의 단부 내측에 부재 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 이웃하는 기둥면에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집의 최외곽에 위치한 돌기부와 겹쳐지도록 ㄱ자형 단면으로 형성되는 외측 돌기부로 구성되고, 상기 지지바의 하부플랜지에는 입구가 상기 돌기부의 폭보다 넓은 ㄱ자형의 걸림공이 형성되어, 상기 경량 영구거푸집의 돌기부가 걸림공의 전면에서 삽입되어 측방으로 슬라이딩 이동하여 걸림공에 걸리는 것을 특징으로 한다.
