Eco-friendly Charcoal Paint Manufacturing Method Thereof and Product Using the Paint
The present invention relates to eco-friendly charcoal paint, a desirable method for manufacturing the same, and a product desirably using the same, wherein the eco-friendly charcoal paint is provided with charcoal powder effective to anion and far-infrared radiation and harmful substance adsorption, chamaecyparis abtusa powder effective to phytoncide divergence, and an unharmful water-soluble binder. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly charcoal paint comprises: 20-40 wt% of charcoal powder; 20-35 wt% of chamaecyparis abtusa powder; 5-10 wt% of calcium carbonate; 15-30 wt% of sodium silicate aqueous solutions; 5-10 wt% of emulsion resins; 1-6 wt% of chamaecyparis abtusa oil; 0.5-2 wt% of antifoaming agents; and 0.5-2 wt% of dispersing agents. Moreover, the charcoal powder and the chamaecyparis abtusa powder have a grain size of 300 to 1,500 meshes.
본 발명은 음이온 및 원적외선 방사와 유해물질 흡착에 효과적인 숯분말과 피톤치드 발산에 효과적인 편백나무분말, 그리고 유해성이 없는 수용성 바인더를 사용한 친환경 숯페인트와 이의 바람직한 제조방법, 그리고 그 숯페인트를 바람직하게 이용한 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 숯페인트는, 숯분말 20~40중량%; 편백나무분말 20~35중량%; 탄산칼슘 5~15중량%; 규산소다 수용액 15~30중량%; 에멀젼수지 5~15중량; 편백나무오일 1~6중량%; 소포제 0.5~2중량%; 분산제 0.5~2중량%;를 포함하여 조성되되, 숯분말과 편백나무분말이 300~1,500메쉬(mesh)의 입도를 가지는 것임을 특징으로 한다.
