SPRAYING DEVICE FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to spraying equipment for painting a traffic lane, capable of efficiently ejecting a coating material, such as glass bead, and the like, as well as paint. According to the present invention, the spraying equipment for painting a traffic lane comprises: a material storage vessel for supplying paint or beads; a spray unit disposed on the bottom part of the storage vessel; a cylinder for adjusting supply of the material from the spray unit; and a compressor for supplying air into the spray unit. The storage vessel includes a side wall inwardly inclined toward a lower part and is integrated with a cylindrical casing forming the spray unit to supply the material in the storage vessel to a spray unit side. The spray unit comprises: the cylindrical casing supplying the material therefrom; an opening/closing valve rotated in the cylindrical casing to control supply of the material; a housing mounted in the opening/closing valve to allow the material to flow down along the outer wall; and a partition mounted in the housing and having a through-hole for circulating air. A coupling member and a finishing cap are mounted on both ends of the spray unit, respectively. Accordingly, components are simple, thereby simplifying equipment manufacturing and handling in operation. Moreover, conventional expensive large equipment is not required, thereby largely reducing construction costs. Moreover, the width and thickness of a painted portion can be uniformly maintained, and leakage of painting materials can be prevented.
본 발명은 페인트는 물론 글라스 비드 등과 같은 도색용 소재를 보다 효율적으로 분출시킬 수 있도록 구성된 차선 도색용 분사장비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 페인트나 비드를 공급하기 위한 소재 저장통과, 이 저장통의 하단부에 배치되어 있는 분사유닛과, 이 분사유닛으로부터 소재의 공급여부를 조절하기 위한 실린더와, 상기 분사유닛 내부로 에어를 제공하기 위한 콤프레셔를 구비하여 이루어지고, 상기 저장통은 하부로 향해 내측으로 경사진 측벽을 가짐과 동시에 분사유닛을 구성하는 원통형 케이싱과 일체형으로 이루어져 저장통 내의 소재를 분사유닛 측으로 제공하며, 상기 분사유닛은 소재가 유출되는 원통형 케이싱을 포함하여 이 원통형 케이싱의 내부에서 회동하여 소재의 유출을 제어하는 개폐밸브와, 이 개폐밸브 내에 장착되어 소재가 외벽을 타고 흘러내리도록 설치된 하우징과, 이 하우징의 내부에 장착되어 에어를 유통시키기 위한 통공을 갖는 격판으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 분사유닛의 양단에 결속부재 및 마감캡이 각각 장착되어 있다. 본 발명은 구성요소가 간단하여 장비 제작은 물론 작업시의 취급이 간편하고, 종전과 같이 값비싼 대형 장비를 이용할 필요없어 시공 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있으며, 도색부분의 폭이나 두께를 일률적으로 유지할 수 있고, 도색용 소재가 누출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
