REMODELING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BUILDING OUTSIDE WALL
The present invention relates to a remodeling construction method for an outer wall of a building which smoothly remodels an outer wall of an old building, and elegantly remodels the outer wall by a mosaic panel differentiated from a conventional panel. The method comprises: a step of washing and drying a damaged portion of an outer wall of a building, and then filling the damaged portion with putty-type epoxy, a joint material, or polymer mortar; a step of spreading an adhesive on a lower portion of the outer wall of the building, and attaching marble with a height of 3 m; a step of attaching a mosaic panel to an upper portion of the outer wall of the building on which the marble is installed; a step of finishing a rounded portion of the outer wall of the building or a corner portion between a front wall and a side wall with zinc galvanization; and a step of finishing an upper end of the outer wall of the building with marble with a height of 3 mm.
본 발명은 오래된 건물의 외벽을 매끄럽게 리모델링하되, 기존의 판넬과 차별화된 모자이크 판넬로 품위 있게 리모델링하는 건물 외벽 리모델링 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 건물 외벽의 손상부위를 세척 및 건조시킨 후 퍼티형 에폭시, 줄눈재 또는 폴리머 모르타르로 메우는 단계, 상기 건물 외벽의 하부에 접착제를 바르고 높이가 3m인 대리석을 붙이는 단계, 상기 대리석이 설치된 건물 외벽의 상부에 모자이크 판넬을 붙이는 단계, 상기 건물 외벽의 라운딩진 부분 또는 전방벽과 측면벽 사이의 모서리 부분은 징크갈바로 마감처리하는 단계; 및 상기 건물 외벽의 상단부에는 3mm 높이의 대리석으로 마감처리하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
