The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fast-hardening repair mortar. The method for manufacturing the fast-hardening repair mortar according to the present invention, is mixing and pulverizing a ferronickel slag powder with unrefined fly ashes, a re-emulsificaiton type powdered resin, and a fast hardening inorganic binder (4CaO_3Al_2O_3SO_3) in a mechano-chemical method, and then reacting an alkali stimulant to convert the same into an alkali activated slag, which is a hydraulic hardening body.
본 발명은 속경성 보수용 모르타르 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 속경성 보수 모르타르 제조방법은, 페로니켈(ferro-nickel) 슬래그(slag) 분말을 미정제 석탄회, 재유화형 분말수지 및 속경성 무기결합제(4CaOAlOSO)와 메카노 케미컬(Mechano-chemical)방식으로 혼합 분쇄하고 알칼리 자극제를 반응시켜 수경성 경화체인 알칼리 활성화 슬래그(Alkali activated slag)로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
