INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF PRECAST CONCRETE CULVERT
The present invention relates to an installation structure for a precast concrete (PC) culvert and a method thereof, which are able to bond the PC culvert with a pile and to move at the same time. According to the present invention, the installation structure for the PC culvert comprises: a pile whose part protrudes towards an upper side of the ground; a leveling concrete placed along the ground where the pile is installed; the PC culvert formed in a square box, whose inside is formed as a space and whose a lower surface is formed as an opening unit, to have the head unit of the pile accommodated in the opening unit of the lower surface and settled on the leveling concrete; and a PC culvert floor surface formed on the opening unit of the lower surface of the PC culvert to be integrated with the head unit of the pile and both side surfaces of the PC culvert and to form a base slab of the PC culvert.
본 발명은 PC암거와 파일이 일체로 접합되어 동시에 거동할 수 있도록 이루어진 PC암거 설치구조 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PC암거 설치구조는 지반의 상부 쪽으로 일부분이 돌출된 상태로 설치되는 파일; 상기 파일이 설치된 지반을 따라서 타설되는 버림 콘크리트; 내부가 공간으로 형성되고 하부면이 개방부로 이루어진 사각박스 형상으로 구성되면서 상기 하부면 개방부에 상기 파일의 두부가 수용된 상태로 상기 버림 콘크리트에 안착되는 PC암거; 상기 PC암거의 하부면 개방부에 형성되어 파일의 두부 및 PC암거의 양측면과 일체로 접합되면서 PC암거의 기초슬래브를 형성하는 PC암거 바닥면; 을 포함하는 PC암거 설치구조를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to an installation structure for a precast concrete (PC) culvert and a method thereof, which are able to bond the PC culvert with a pile and to move at the same time.
