INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF PRECAST CONCRETE CULVERT
The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) culvert installation structure and a method thereof which allow a PC culvert and a pile to be integrally joined to be moved simultaneously. The PC culvert installation structure comprises: a pile installed in the ground; a head reinforcing member extended to the outside of a head of the pile and a space formed on a center of the pile to reinforce the head of the pile; subslab concrete poured outside the pile and in the ground; a PC culvert provided with a fixing hole and an inlet formed on a lower wall, and mounted on an upper surface of the pile while being seated on the subslab concrete; a fixing member installed in a space in an upper side of the pile and a connection hole of the PC culvert; and mortar poured on a center of an upper portion of the pile to fix the head reinforcing member and the fixing member on the pile to integrate the PC culvert and the pile.
본 발명은 PC암거와 파일이 일체로 접합되어 동시에 거동할 수 있도록 이루어진 PC암거 설치구조 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PC암거 설치구조는 지중에 설치되는 파일; 상기 파일의 두부를 보강하기 위하여 파일의 중심부에 형성된 공간부 및 파일의 두부 외측으로 연장되어 설치되는 두부보강부재; 상기 파일의 외측 및 지반에 타설되는 버림 콘크리트; 하부벽에 고정홀 및 주입구가 형성되며 상기 버림 콘크리트에 안착된 상태로 상기 파일의 상부면에 거치되는 PC암거; 상기 PC암거의 연결홀과 파일의 상부쪽 내부 공간부에 설치되는 고정부재; 상기 두부보강부재 및 고정부재를 파일에 고정시켜 PC암거와 파일을 일체화시켜주기 위하여 파일의 상부쪽 중심부에 타설되는 몰탈; 을 포함하는 PC암거 설치구조를 제공한다.
