Inhalation type continuous grouting method
The present invention relates to a suction type continuous grouting method. According to the present invention, the suction type continuous grouting method comprises: a first step of drilling multiple injection holes at a predetermined depth and at predetermined intervals on the ground and inserting a suction steel pipe and an injection steel pipe comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe for pumping water and a grout chemical into the injection hole; a second step of connecting the injection steel pipe to an injection pump and connecting the suction steel pipe to a vacuum pump sucking air; a third step of injecting the water into the inner pipe of the injection steel pipe by driving the injection pump and expanding an opening in the ground by sucking the air by the suction steel pipe by driving the vacuum pump and, also, infiltrating the water from the injection steel pipe to the ground around the suction steel pipe; and a fourth step of discharging and charging a grout mixture into the pore in the ground expanded by sucking the air by the suction steel pipe by driving the vacuum pump after individually injecting the water and the grout chemical into the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the injection steel pipe by driving the injection pump and mixing the water and the grout chemical. Therefore, according to the present invention, the suction type continuous grouting method can efficiently charge the grout mixture in comparison with same time by expanding the pore due to compulsory infiltration of the water into the ground before the grout mixture is injected into the ground by the injection pump and by increasing an infiltration force of the grout mixture discharged and diffused by forming a vacuum by the suction pump.
본 발명에 따른 그라우팅 공법은, 지반 상에 소정 깊이와 간격으로 복수의 주입공을 천공하고, 주입공에 물과 그라우트 약재를 압송하는 내관과 외관으로 이루어진 주입강관과 흡입강관을 삽입 설치하는 제1단계와, 주입강관에 주입펌프와 연결하고, 흡입강관에 공기를 흡입하는 진공펌프와 연결하는 제2단계와, 주입펌프를 구동하여 주입강관의 내관으로 물을 주입하고, 진공펌프를 구동하여 흡입강관으로 공기를 흡입하여 주입강관으로부터 흡입강관 주위 지반으로 물을 침투시켜 지반 내 공극을 확장하는 제3단계, 및 주입펌프를 구동하여 주입강관의 내관과 외관에 각각 물과 그라우트 약재를 주입하여 혼합한 후, 진공펌프를 구동하여 흡입강관으로 공기를 흡입하여 확장된 지반 내 공극으로 그라우트 혼합재를 토출시켜 충전하는 제4단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 지반 내에 주입펌프로 그라우트 혼합재를 주입 전 지반 내로 물의 강제적 침투로 인해 공극이 확장된 상태임은 물론, 흡입펌프로 진공을 형성하여 토출 확산되는 그라우트 혼합재의 침투력이 증가되어 동 시간대비 효율적인 충전이 가능하다.

The present invention relates to a suction type continuous grouting method. According to the present invention, the suction type continuous grouting method comprises: a first step of drilling multiple injection holes at a predetermined depth and at predetermined intervals on the ground and inserting a suction steel pipe and an injection steel pipe comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe for pumping water and a grout chemical into the injection hole; a second step of connecting the injection steel pipe to an injection pump and connecting the suction steel pipe to a vacuum pump sucking air; a third step of injecting the water into the inner pipe of the injection steel pipe by driving the injection pump and expanding an opening in the ground by sucking the air by the suction steel pipe by driving the vacuum pump and, also, infiltrating the water from the injection steel pipe to the ground around the suction steel pipe; and a fourth step of discharging and charging a grout mixture into the pore in the ground expanded by sucking the air by the suction steel pipe by driving the vacuum pump after individually injecting the water and the grout chemical into the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the injection steel pipe by driving the injection pump and mixing the water and the grout chemical. Therefore, according to the present invention, the suction type continuous grouting method can efficiently charge the grout mixture in comparison with same time by expanding the pore due to compulsory infiltration of the water into the ground before the grout mixture is injected into the ground by the injection pump and by increasing an infiltration force of the grout mixture discharged and diffused by forming a vacuum by the suction pump.
본 발명에 따른 그라우팅 공법은, 지반 상에 소정 깊이와 간격으로 복수의 주입공을 천공하고, 주입공에 물과 그라우트 약재를 압송하는 내관과 외관으로 이루어진 주입강관과 흡입강관을 삽입 설치하는 제1단계와, 주입강관에 주입펌프와 연결하고, 흡입강관에 공기를 흡입하는 진공펌프와 연결하는 제2단계와, 주입펌프를 구동하여 주입강관의 내관으로 물을 주입하고, 진공펌프를 구동하여 흡입강관으로 공기를 흡입하여 주입강관으로부터 흡입강관 주위 지반으로 물을 침투시켜 지반 내 공극을 확장하는 제3단계, 및 주입펌프를 구동하여 주입강관의 내관과 외관에 각각 물과 그라우트 약재를 주입하여 혼합한 후, 진공펌프를 구동하여 흡입강관으로 공기를 흡입하여 확장된 지반 내 공극으로 그라우트 혼합재를 토출시켜 충전하는 제4단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 지반 내에 주입펌프로 그라우트 혼합재를 주입 전 지반 내로 물의 강제적 침투로 인해 공극이 확장된 상태임은 물론, 흡입펌프로 진공을 형성하여 토출 확산되는 그라우트 혼합재의 침투력이 증가되어 동 시간대비 효율적인 충전이 가능하다.
