One aspect of the present invention relates to a grouting apparatus inserted into the ground so as to inject a filler and a curing agent in a mixed state, the apparatus comprising: a multistage connection-type outer pipe having an an injecting port, formed at the upper end thereof, for forcibly delivering the filler downwards and having a bit, coupled to the lower end thereof, for boring a hole in the ground; a multistage connection-type inner pipe inserted into and provided in the outer pipe, and having an injecting port, formed at the upper end thereof, for forcibly delivering the curing agent downwards, having an outlet, formed at a middle portion, for discharging the forcibly delivered curing agent to one side thereof, and having the bit, coupled to the lower end thereof, for boring the hole in the ground; a plurality of motors respectively connected to the upper ends of the outer and inner pipes by gears, and rotating the outer and inner pipes in opposite directions; and a mixer having a plurality of blades provided to the inner pipe to forcibly deliver the filler and the curing agent upwards and downwards so as to mix the same, and having a vortex space, which is formed between the blades, and in which the filler and the curing agent are stirred and mixed into a mixed material. Therefore, the present invention respectively supplies the filler and the curing agent to the outer and inner pipes and mixes the same into a gel type inside the pipes, thereby improving workability and the performance of the mixed material.

La présente invention concerne, selon l'un de ses aspects, un appareil d'injection de coulis introduit dans le sol de manière à injecter un agent de remplissage et un agent de durcissement dans un état mélangé, l'appareil comprenant : un tuyau externe de type à raccordement multi-étagé ayant un orifice d'injection, formé au niveau de son extrémité supérieure, pour délivrer de manière forcée l'agent de remplissage vers le bas, et ayant une partie de forage, couplée à son extrémité inférieure, pour forer un trou dans le sol ; un tuyau interne de type à raccordement multi-étagé inséré dans le tuyau externe et prévu dans celui-ci, et ayant un orifice d'injection, formé au niveau de son extrémité supérieure, pour délivrer de manière forcée l'agent de durcissement vers le bas, ayant une sortie, formée au niveau d'une partie médiane, pour évacuer vers un côté de celle-ci l'agent de durcissement délivré de force, et ayant la partie de forage couplée à son extrémité inférieure, pour forer le trou dans le sol ; une pluralité de moteurs connectés respectivement aux extrémités supérieures des tuyaux externe et interne par des engrenages, et faire tourner les tuyaux externe et interne dans des directions opposées ; et un mélangeur ayant une pluralité de lames prévues sur le tuyau interne pour délivrer de manière forcée l'agent de remplissage et l'agent de durcissement vers le haut et vers le bas de manière à mélanger ceux-ci, et ayant un espace de tourbillon, qui est formé entre les lames, et dans lequel l'agent de remplissage et l'agent de durcissement sont agités et mélangés pour obtenir un matériau mixte. Par conséquent, la présente invention fournit respectivement l'agent de remplissage et l'agent de durcissement pour les tuyaux externe et interne et mélange ceux-ci pour obtenir un gel à l'intérieur des tuyaux, ce qui améliore la maniabilité et la performance du matériau mixte.

본 발명의 일면은 지반 내에 삽입되어 충전재와 경화재를 혼합된 상태로 주입하는 그라우팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 상단에 충전재를 하향으로 압송하는 주입구가 형성되고, 하단에 지반을 천공하는 비트가 체결되는 다단 연결형 외관; 상기 외관 내에 삽입 장착되고, 상단에 경화재를 하향으로 압송하는 주입구와, 중단에 압송되는 경화재를 일측으로 토출시키는 배출구가 형성되며, 하단에 지반을 천공하는 비트가 체결되는 다단 연결형 내관; 상기 외·내관의 상단에 기어로 각각 연결되고, 상기 외·내관을 서로 역방향으로 회전시키는 복수의 모터; 및 상기 내관 상에 충전재와 경화재를 혼합되게 상·하향으로 압송하는 복수의 블레이드가 장착되고, 상기 블레이드 사이에 충전재와 경화재가 교반되어 혼합재로 혼합되는 와류공간이 형성되는 믹서;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 충전재와 경화재를 외·내관으로 각각 공급하고, 이들을 관내에서 겔 타입으로 혼합해주므로 작업성과 혼합재의 성능을 향상할 수가 있다.
