ADIABATIC MATERIAL COMPOSITION FOR FIRE DOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ADIABATIC MATERIAL
The present invention relates to an insulating material composition for a fire door and a method for manufacturing an insulating material for the fire door using the same, wherein the insulating material composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a mixture of a combustion byproduct comprising at least one of fly ash and bottom ash and pearlite aggregates; 20 to 35 parts by weight of a liquid reactive-type adhesive; and 20 to 85 parts by weight of an alkali activator. By the same, the present invention can recycle a power generation by-product, can simplify a process, while improving non-thermal insulation performance, thermal insulation performance, strength, impact resistance, lightweightness of the insulating material for the fire door, thereby being able to increase economic feasibility.
본 발명은 플라이 애쉬 및 바텀 애쉬 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 연소 부산물; 및 펄라이트 골재;의 혼합물 100 중량부; 액상 반응형 접착제 20 중량부 내지 35 중량부; 및 알칼리 활성화제 20 중량부 내지 85 중량부; 를 포함하는 방화문용 단열재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방화문용 단열재 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 발전 부산물을 재활용하고, 공정을 단순화하면서도 방화문용 단열재의 비차열 성능, 차열 성능, 강도, 내충격성, 경량성을 향상시켜 경제성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
