The present invention relates to an adiabatic-root-proof-waterproof complex structure and a construction method thereof, which adhesively apply urethane paint film material having excellent painting performance onto a base surface and laminates an adiabatic waterproof layer with a root-proof complex waterproof layer having excellent waterproof and root-proof performance by constructing a root-proof complex high polymer sheet having excellent root-proof performance on an upper surface thereof in an adhesion shape. The present invention provides an adiabatic-root-proof-waterproof complex structure is laminated with a primer layer on the base surface; a urethane painting layer; a PVC complex high polymer root-proof sheet layer; and an adiabatic waterproof layer.
본 기술은 도장성이 우수한 우레탄 도막재를 바탕면에 밀착도포하고, 그상면에 방근성이 뛰어난 방근 PVC합성고분자방근시트를 붙임형태로 시공함으로서 방수 및 방근성능이 탁월한 방근복합방수층과 단열방수층을 적층하여 시공하는 단열방근복합방수 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 바탕면 위에 프라이머층: 우레탄도막층: PVC합성고분자방근시트층 및 단열방수층이 적층된 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열-방근-방수 복합 구조체를 제공한다.
