The present invention relates to a preconstruction type bolt assembly for a mold, which applies a bolt (anchor bolt) into a preconstruction state when constructing a building, and more specifically, to a preconstruction type bolt assembly for a mold, which is possible to ensure a rigid embedded state and a standing installation state of a bolt (anchor bolt) by using a support member in surface-contact with an aluminum mold. That is, the present invention includes: a pair of fixtures screw-fastened to the aluminum mold; a support member having a fixture coupling part detached from the fixture and formed of flat board; and a bolt in which a head is positioned above the support member to be embedded in a slab and which is exposed below the aluminum mold in a state where a lower end is coupled to the support member.
본 발명은 건축물을 신축할 때 볼트(앵커볼트)를 선시공 상태로 적용토록 한 거푸집용 선시공 타입 볼트 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 알루미늄 거푸집(알폼)에 면접하는 지지부재를 이용하여 볼트(앵커볼트)의 견고한 매립상태와 직립 설치상태를 보장할 수 있도록 한 거푸집용 선시공 타입 볼트 어셈블리를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 알루미늄 거푸집에 나사 체결되는 한 쌍의 고정구와; 상기 고정구에서 탈착되는 고정구결합부가 구비된 평판상으로 구성한 지지부재와; 지지부재의 상측으로 헤드가 위치되어 슬래브에 매립되며, 하단이 지지부재에 결합된 상태로 알루미늄 거푸집 하측으로 노출되는 볼트를 포함하는 것이다.
