ANCHOR BOLT CONSTRUCTION JIG AND BASIC FORMWORK STRUCTURE
To provide an anchor bolt construction jig capable of improving the positional accuracy of an anchor bolt embedded and fixed in a concrete foundation with its upper end protruding.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt construction jig 10 comprises: an anchor plate 11 that is erected on upper end surfaces of a pair of side wall portions so as to extend over the pair of side wall portions 51, 51 of a form frame 5 that face each other in order to support an anchor bolt 2 in a suspended state; and a width stopper 20 that is installed side by side on an anchor plate 11 and is erected on the upper end surfaces of the pair of side wall portions 51 so as to extend across the pair of side wall portions 51, 51 and holds a distance between inner wall surfaces of the pair of side wall portions 51. The anchor plate 11 is provided with a thumbscrew 14 as a level adjusting mechanism for adjusting the levelness of the anchor plate 11 on the upper end surface of each side wall 51. A screw clamp 15 is provided on the anchor plate 11 as a lifting preventing mechanism for preventing lifting from the upper end surface of each side wall portion 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】上端部を突出した状態でコンクリート基礎に埋設固定されたアンカーボルトの位置精度を向上できるアンカーボルトの施工治具を提供する。【解決手段】アンカーボルトの施工治具１０は、アンカーボルト２を吊下げた状態で支持するべく、型枠５の対向する一対の側壁部５１、５１にわたすように一対の側壁部の上端面に架設されるアンカープレート１１と、アンカープレート１１に並設して一対の側壁部５１、５１にわたすように一対の側壁部５１の上端面に架設され、一対の側壁部５１の内壁面間の距離を保持する幅止め具２０と、を備える。アンカープレート１１は、各側壁部５１の上端面において、アンカープレート１１の水平度を調整するレベル調整機構として蝶ねじ１４を備え、アンカープレート１１には、各側壁部５１の上端面から浮き上がることを防止する浮き上がり防止機構としてシャコ万力１５が設けられている。【選択図】図３
