The present invention relates to an apparatus for securing a parking space of a sidewalk with a safety fence and, more specifically, to an apparatus for securing a parking space of a sidewalk which normally allows a safety fence to be installed to block entry of vehicles into a sidewalk and promote safety of pedestrians, and moves the safety fence to allow frog parking to secure a parking space when needed. The apparatus for securing a parking space of a sidewalk with a safety sidewalk comprises: a safety fence installed on a sidewalk to limit entry of vehicles into the sidewalk; an upper plate cover installed to cover the sidewalk, and vertically penetrated by a pole of the safety fence; a guide slit longitudinally formed on the upper plate cover to allow the pole to move forwards and backwards; a parking plate installed on a lower portion of the upper plate cover; and a parking space securing means to move the safety fence in an opposite direction of a street, and move the parking plate towards the street to secure a parking space on the sidewalk.
본 발명은 안전펜스가 설치된 보도의 주차공간 확보장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 평상시에는 안전펜스가 설치되어 보도로 자동차의 진입을 막고 보행자의 안전을 도모하며 필요시에는 개구리 주차가 가능하도록 안전펜스를 이동시켜 주차공간을 확보할 수 있는 보도의 주차공간 확보장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 안전펜스가 설치된 보도의 주차공간 확보장치는 보도에 설치되어 보도로 차량의 진입을 제한하는 안전펜스와, 보도를 덮도록 설치되며 상기 안전펜스의 지주가 상하로 관통하는 상판커버와, 지주가 전후로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 상판커버에 길게 형성된 가이드슬릿과, 상판커버의 하부에 설치되는 주차판과, 안전펜스를 차도의 반대방향으로 이동시키고, 상기 주차판을 차도 방향으로 이동시켜 보도에 주차공간을 확보하기 위한 주차공간확보수단을 구비한다.
