The present invention relates to a grouting apparatus which is installed in the beginning in which a hole is drilled to enable a series of it is possible to carry out a series of work such as caulking, sealing, and grouting without any complicated installation work in the middle, thereby reducing the time required for the whole work and obtaining excellent work quality. The grouting apparatus of the present invention comprises: a steel pipe inserted into the drilled hole drilled to the front of a tunnel excavation end surface, and having a plurality of injection holes for sequentially injecting a sealing agent filled in the drilled hole and a grouting agent penetrating into the ground; a caulking module installed inside the entrance of the drilled hole while being connected to the steel pipe to perform caulking, and including a discharge hose to allow the discharge of a portion of the sealing agent overflowing to the entrance of the drilled hole in a process in which the sealing agent injected through the steel pipe is filled in a space between the steel pipe and the drilled hole; an air packer inserted into the steel pipe and separating an internal space of the steel pipe back and forth during expansion; and an injection hose connected to the front of the air packer to sequentially inject the sealing agent and grouting agent.
본 발명은 그라우팅 장치 및 이를 이용한 터널 보강공법에 관한 것으로, 천공홀을 천공한 초기에 장치를 설치하여 중간에 난해한 설치작업 없이 코킹(caulking), 씰링(sealing), 그라우팅의 일련의 작업들 모두를 순차적으로 진행하는 것이 가능하여 전체 작업에 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있고 우수한 작업품질을 얻을 수 있는 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 그라우팅 장치는, 터널 굴착 단면의 전방으로 천공홀을 천공하여 삽입되고, 천공홀에 충진되는 씰링제 및 지반에 침투하는 그라우팅제를 순차적으로 주입하기 위한 다수의 주입공이 형성된 강관; 상기 강관과 연결된 상태로 상기 천공홀의 입구 내측에 설치되어 코킹을 수행하며, 상기 강관을 통해 주입된 씰링제가 강관과 천공홀 사이 공간에 충진되는 과정에서 천공홀의 입구쪽으로 넘치는 일부 분량의 배출을 허용하는 배출호스를 포함하는 코킹모듈; 상기 강관 내부에 삽입되고, 팽창시 강관의 내부 공간을 전후로 격리시켜주는 에어패커; 상기 에어패커의 앞쪽으로 들이어져 씰링제 및 그라우팅제를 순차적으로 주입해주는 주입호스;를 포함하여 구성된다.
