Provided is an all-in-one pothole repair vehicle comprising: a moving body (10); an upper mechanism part (30) including an upright rotary arm (31), a plurality of booms having one end connected to the upper end of the upright rotary arm (31), horizontally installed, and extending in turn, suspension arms (35) installed on the other ends of the booms, asphalt concrete applicators (38) installed on the lower end of the suspension arms (35), and tamping rollers (37) installed on the lower ends of the suspension arms (35); a front mechanism part (12) including an asphalt crushing drum (221) installed in front of a cabin (12), a horizontal variable mechanism (21) horizontally varying the crushing drum (221) vertically and horizontally in front of the moving body (10), a suction mechanism suctioning asphalt shredded by the crushing drum (221), and a connection frame (25) fixedly connecting the horizontal variable mechanism (21) to the front of the cabin (12); an asphalt concrete supply part (40) consisting of an asphalt concrete hopper (41) and a conveying screw (42) installed on an upper portion of a body (11); and a shred collection unit (50) installed on an upper portion of the body (11) and including a collecting tank (51) receiving and collecting the shreds collected by the suction mechanism (23), a gas separation and discharge unit (53) separating air received together with the shreds from the shredded asphalt and discharging the same, and a dump actuator (52). Asphalt repair work is all performed in a state in which the moving body (10) is stopped, and crushing, injection and tamping are conducted in the longitudinal direction of the road without repositioning the moving body (10).

본 발명은 본 발명은 포트 홀 보수 차량에 관한 것으로, 이동체(10)와, 직립 회전 암(31)과, 직립 회전 암(31)의 상단에 일단이 연결되어 수평으로 설치되며 차례로 신장되는 복수개의 붐대와, 붐대 타단에 설치되는 현수 암(35)과, 현수 암(35) 하단에 설치되는 아스콘 도포기(38) 및, 현수 암(35) 하단에 설치되는 다짐 롤러(37)로 이루어지는 상부 기구부(30)와, 캐빈(12) 정면에 설치되는 아스팔트 파쇄 드럼(221)과, 파쇄 드럼(221)을 상기 이동체(10)의 정면에서 종횡으로 수평 가변시키는 수평 가변기구(21)와, 파쇄 드럼(221)으로 파쇄된 아스팔트 파쇄물을 흡입하는 흡입 기구 및, 수평 가변기구(21)를 캐빈(12) 정면과 고정 연결시키는 연결 프레임(25)으로 이루어지는 전방 기구부(12)와, 몸체(11) 상부에 설치되는 아스콘 호퍼(41) 및 이송 스크루(42)로 이루어지는 아스콘 공급부(40) 및, 몸체(11) 상부에 설치되며 흡입기구(23)로 집진된 파쇄물을 이송 받아 포집하는 포집탱크(51)와, 파쇄물과 함께 이송 받는 공기를 파쇄물과 분리시켜 배출시키는 기체 분리배출기(53) 및, 덤프 액추에이터(52)로 이루어지는 파쇄물 수집부(50)로 구성됨으로써, 이동체(10)가 정지된 상태에서 아스팔트 복구 작업이 모두 이루어지며, 파쇄와 주입 및 다짐이 모두 이동체(10)의 위치 재조정 없이 도로 길이방향으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올인원 포트 홀 보수 차량을 제공하고자 한다.
