The present invention relates to an all-in-one pothole repair vehicle which is equipped with all devices for repairing a damaged portion of a road in a single vehicle body. The all-in-one pothole repair vehicle comprises a moving body (10), a water tank (70), an upper mechanism part (30), a front mechanism part (20), an asphalt concrete supply part (40) installed on an upper portion of a body (11) and embedded with asphalt concrete, a crushed object collection part (50), and a warning part installed on an upper portion of the body (11) to generate a signal to warn driving vehicles on the road of being stopped for work. The entire processes of crushing of the road damage portion, emulsifier injection, asphalt concrete coating, compacting, and collection of crushed objects are easily carried out. Contradictory requests for maintaining fluidity while asphalt concrete is not hardened can all be achieved. All crushed objects created in a pothole can be separated and processed.
본 발명은 도로가 손상된 부위를 보수하는 모든 기기가 하나의 차체에 탑재된 올인 원 포트 홀 보수 차량에 관한 것으로서, 이동체(10)와, 물탱크(70)와, 상부 기구부(30)와, 전방 기구부(20)와, 몸체(11) 상부에 설치되며 아스콘이 내장된 아스콘 공급부(40)와, 파쇄물 수집부(50) 및, 몸체(11) 상부에 설치되어 작업을 위해 정차중임을 도로 주행 차량들에게 경고하기 위해 신호를 발생시키는 경고부로 구성됨으로써, 상기 도로 파손 부위의 파쇄, 유화제 주입, 아스콘 도포, 다짐 및, 파쇄물의 수집까지의 전 공정이 용이하게 이루어지고, 아스콘이 경화되지 않으면서도 유동성이 유지되어야 하는 서로 모순되는 요청이 모두 달성 가능하며, 포트 홀에서 발생되는 파쇄물이 전량 분리 처리 가능한 올인 원 포트 홀 보수 차량을 제공하고자 한다.
