The present invention relates to an all-in-one pothole repair vehicle which is equipped with all devices for repairing a damaged portion of a road in a single vehicle body. The all-in-one pothole repair vehicle comprises: a moving body (10) consisting of a body (11) and a cabin (12); a water tank (70) installed on an upper portion of the body (11); an upper mechanism part (30) consisting of an upright rotating arm (31) installed on an upper portion of the body (11), a plurality of booms extended sequentially, a suspension arm (35), an asphalt concrete coating machine (38), and a compacting roller (37); a front mechanism part (20) consisting of a crushing drum (221), a horizontal variable mechanism (21), a suction mechanism, and a connection frame (25); an asphalt concrete supply part (40); a collection tank (51); a crushed object collection part (50); and a control part consisting of a front camera (61), a lower camera, a plurality of sensors, and a control unit. The center of a road damage portion is specified by the front camera (61) and the lower camera. The control part controls the front mechanism part (20) and the upper mechanism part (30) to perform work around the center in accordance with the specified center to facilitate the entire processes of crushing of the road damage portion, emulsifier injection, asphalt concrete coating, compacting, and collection of crushed objects.

본 발명은 도로가 손상된 부위를 보수하는 모든 기기가 하나의 차체에 탑재된 올인 원 포트 홀 보수 차량에 관한 것으로서, 몸체(11)와 캐빈(12)으로 이루어지는 이동체(10)와, 몸체(11) 상부에 설치되는 물탱크(70)와, 몸체(11) 상부에 설치되는 직립 회전 암(31)과, 차례로 신장되는 복수개의 붐과, 현수 암(35)과, 아스콘 도포기(38) 및, 다짐 롤러(37)로 이루어지는 상부 기구부(30)와, 파쇄 드럼(221)과, 수평 가변기구(21)와, 흡입 기구 및, 연결 프레임(25)으로 이루어지는 전방 기구부(20)와, 아스콘 공급부(40)와, 포집탱크(51)와, 파쇄물 수집부(50) 및, 전방 카메라(61) 및 하방 카메라와, 복수개의 센서 및 제어 유닛으로 이루어지는 제어부로 구성됨으로써, 전방 카메라(61)와 하방 카메라로 도로 파손 부위의 중심이 특정되고, 특정된 상기 중심에 따라 제어부가 전방 기구부(20) 및 상부 기구부(30)를 상기 중심을 기준으로 작업이 진행되게 제어함으로써, 상기 도로 파손 부위의 파쇄, 유화제 주입, 아스콘 도포, 다짐 및, 파쇄물의 수집까지의 전 공정이 용이하게 이루어지는 올인 원 포트 홀 보수 차량을 제공하고자 한다.
