METHOD FOR FORMING THROUGH HOLE USING PAPER SLEEVE
The present invention relates to a method of forming a through hole, through which a pipe goes, on a concreate wall or floor by using a paper sleeve. The through hole formation method includes: a paper sleeve preparation step (a) of preparing a paper sleeve integrated with a fire-resistant filler; a paper sleeve installation step (b) of installing the paper sleeve in a mold on a wall surface or floor surface; a placement step (c) of placing concrete in the mold; a curing step (d) of curing the concrete; and a mold removal step (e) of removing the mold from the cured concrete. Therefore, construction procedure is simple and workability is excellent, while a required level of rigidity and water-tightness can be secured, and costs for construction can be lowered with a shorted construction period.
본 발명은 종이슬리브를 이용하여 콘크리트 벽체나 바닥에 배관이 지나가는 관통공을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 벽체 또는 바닥에 배관이 삽입되는 관통공을 형성하기 위한 방법으로, (a) 내화충진재가 일체 구비된 종이슬리브를 준비하는 종이슬리브 준비단계와; (b) 상기 종이슬리브를 벽면 또는 바닥면의 거푸집에 설치하는 종이슬리브 설치단계와; (c) 상기 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하는 타설단계와; (d) 상기 콘크리트를 양생하는 양생단계와; (e) 상기 양생이 끝난 콘크리트에서 거푸집을 제거하는 거푸집 제거단계를 포함하는 종이슬리브를 이용한 관통공 형성 방법을 제공함으로써, 시공 과정이 간단하고 작업성이 우수하면서도 필요한 견고성과 수밀성을 확보할 수 있으며, 공기를 단축시켜 공사비용을 절감할 수 있는 종이슬리브를 이용한 관통공 형성 방법에 관한 것이다.
