Roller Apparatus For Loading And Unloading Excavator On The Vehicle
The present invention relates to a roller apparatus for loading and unloading an excavator, to facilitate safe loading and unloading work by preventing an excavator body from tilting excessively when loading and unloading the excavator on a truck. The configuration thereof comprises: a post connected to a lower end of a dozer installed in front of a lower body of the excavator and extending downward in the vertical direction; a horizontal bar installed in the transverse direction at the bottom of the post; a roller installed on the horizontal bar to be rotatable about an axis parallel to the horizontal bar; and a post connection means for connecting the post to the dozer. Therefore, the roller may touch the ground according to the vertical movement of the dozer, and the roller may be supported on the ground or the bottom surface of a cargo bed of a freight car when the excavator is loaded and unloaded onto the freight car.
본 발명은 굴삭기를 트럭에 상하차할 때 굴삭기 몸체가 지나치게 기울여지지 않도록 하여 안전한 상하차 작업이 이루어지도록 하는 굴삭기 상하차용 롤러장치에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은; 굴삭기의 하체 전방에 설치되는 도저의 하단에 연결되는 것으로서 수직방향으로 하방향을 향해 연장 설치되는 포스트; 상기 포스트의 하단에 횡방향으로 설치되는 횡바; 상기 횡바와 평행한 축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게끔 상기 횡바에 설치되는 롤러; 상기 포스트를 상기 도저에 연결하기 위한 포스트 연결수단;을 포함함으로써; 상기 도저의 상하 기동에 따라서 상기 롤러가 지면에 닿을 수 있으며 굴삭기를 화물차에 승하차시킬 때 상기 롤러가 상기 화물차의 짐칸 바닥면 또는 지면에 지지될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
