The present invention relates to a coupler used for connecting a pair of rebars to each other on a construction site. According to the present invention, the coupler for connecting the rebars comprises: hollow body-shaped fastening nuts with a screw thread on each inner circumferential edge, which are fastened with both ends of a cylindrical body with a screw thread formed on an outer circumferential edge, and in which the inside has a smaller internal diameter towards an end unit on one side; and a fastener inserted into the fastening nuts on both sides of the body to correspond to the internal diameter of the fastening nuts. The rebars inserted into the hollow holes of the fastening nuts and the fasteners are fastened by the joining of the body and the fastening nuts by a screw. According to the present invention, the coupler for connecting the rebars has the remarkable effects in which it has a simple structure to be easily manufactured at low costs to manufacture thereof, the time for fastening to connect the rebars can be reduced, the shearing force is reduced and the tensile force is increased by reducing the space unit inside the coupler, and the strength of fastening the rebars is high.
본 발명은 건설현장에서 한 쌍의 철근을 서로 잇기 위해 사용되는 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 상기 커플러는 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 원기둥 형상의 몸체의 양단으로 각각 내주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 조임너트가 체결되되, 상기 조임너트의 내부는 일측 단부로 갈수록 내경이 작아지게 형성되고, 상기 몸체의 양측 조임너트의 내부에는 조임너트의 내경에 대응하는 중공체 형상의 조임구가 삽입되어 있어, 몸체와 조임너트의 나사결합에 의해 조임너트와 조임구의 중공홀로 삽입된 철근을 조이는 것으로, 본 발명 철근 이음용 커플러는 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고, 제작단가가 적데 들며, 철근을 잇는 체결작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 커플러 내부의 공간부를 줄여 전단력을 줄이고 인장력을 높게 하여, 철근을 조이는 강도가 높은 현저한 효과가 있다.
