Coupler for connecting reinforcing rod
The present invention relates to a coupler for connecting a reinforcing rod, which is used to connect reinforcing rods or round bar-shaped members at construction sites and, more specifically, to a coupler for connecting a reinforcing rod. The coupler for connecting a reinforcing rod comprises: a socket which has the shape of a hollow body having threads formed on the outer peripheries of both ends thereof, and has a partition wall formed in the center of the inside thereof; tightening nuts which have the shape of a hollow body having a thread formed on the inner periphery thereof to be screwed to the socket; and pressure members which are an assembly having the shape of a hollow body seated in the inner spaces of the tightening nuts screwed to the socket, and into the inner hollow holes of which reinforcing rods are inserted. When the tightening nuts are rotated, the pressure members seated in the tightening nuts press the outer peripheries of the reinforcing bars inserted into the inner hollow holes of the pressure members, to connect the pair of reinforcing rods. Therefore, the coupler for connecting a reinforcing rod can simplify a fastening method, thereby shortening the time required for fastening, and can also double-press the reinforcing bars, thereby maintaining a solid fastened state.
본 발명은 건설현장에서 철근 또는 환봉형상의 부재를 잇기 위해 사용되는 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 양단부측 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상으로서 내부 중심부에는 격벽이 형성되어 있는 소켓과, 상기 소켓에 나사결합하도록 내주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 조임너트와, 상기 소켓에 나사결합된 조임너트의 내부공간에 안착되는 중공체 형상의 조립체로서 내부 중공홀로 철근이 삽입되는 압박부재로 이루어져 상기 조임너트를 회전시키게 되면 조임너트의 내부에 안착되어 있는 압박부재가 압박부재의 내부 중공홀로 삽입되는 철근의 외주연을 압박함으로써 한 쌍의 철근을 연결하는 것이 특징인 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것이다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명 철근 연결용 커플러는 체결방법을 단순화하여 체결작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 또한 철근을 2중으로 압박하도록 함으로써 견고한 체결상태를 유지할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
