The present invention provides a coupler for connecting a reinforcing bar, wherein as two reinforcing bars are individually inserted into a first cover body and a second cover body, the reinforcing bars are placed in the same line to be connected to each other. Moreover, working time caused by connecting the reinforcing bars can be reduced, and workability can be significantly improved. In a process of inserting the reinforcing bars into a diverging fixing port through a cover body, the diverging fixing port is diverged to completely insert the reinforcing bars. Therefore, the diverging fixing port is placed in the same horizontal line with the reinforcing bars, and is hung in the cover body. Moreover, a reinforcing bar protrusion is hung in a protruding groove portion of the diverging fixing port, and continuous pressurization of the diverging fixing port is maintained by an elastic body to stably couple the reinforcing bar and the coupler, thereby preventing the reinforcing bar from being separated from the coupler.
본 발명은 철근 커플러가 개시되는 것으로, 2개의 철근을 제1커버체와 제2커버체에 각각 끼우는 동작에 의해 2개의 철근을 동일선상에 위치하여 연결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 철근 연결에 따른 작업시간을 단축하고 작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 철근이 커버체를 통해 확개고정구에 끼워지는 과정에서 확개고정구가 확개되었다가 철근이 완전히 끼워지면 확개고정구가 철근과 동일한 수평선상에 위치되며 확개고정구가 커버체에 걸어지게 됨은 물론 철근돌기가 확개고정구의 걸림홈부에 걸어지게 되며 탄성체에 의해 확개고정구의 계속적인 가압상태가 유지되어 철근과 커플러가 견고하게 결속되어 커플러로부터 철근이 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
