Wall Structure Using Stone And Insulation Panel Unit
An objective of the present invention is to provide a structure which is conveniently attached to a wall. The structure fixes the side surfaces of an insulation panel unit (510) and an ultra-slim stone plate (520) to a wall (W) by a panel fixing angle (630). A panel stopping groove (611) of a rectangular shape is formed on the insulation panel unit (510) with polymer mortar adhering and enclosing the outer edges thereof by the size of a coupling fastener (640) for outer end surface coupling to insert the coupling fastener (640) for outer end surface coupling into the side surfaces of the insulation panel unit (510) and the ultra-slim stone plate (520). A fastener fixing groove (621) is formed on the ultra-slim stone plate (520) to insert and fix a fastener fixing unit (646) of the coupling fastener (640) for outer end surface coupling, and the coupling fastener (640) for outer end surface coupling is inserted and fixed on the fastener fixing groove (621) and the panel stopping groove (611). The coupling fastener (640) for outer end surface coupling has an angle hanging groove (642) made of steel and formed in a rectangular shape, and angle hanging groove side surface units (644) formed on both side surfaces thereof, wherein the fastener fixing units (646) are formed on both ends of the angle hanging groove side surface units (644) to be inserted into the fastener fixing grooves (621).
본 발명은 단열패널유닛(510)과 초슬림석재판(520)의 측면을 패널고정앵글(630)에 의하여 벽체(W)에 고정시키는 구조로서, 상기 단열패널유닛(510)과 초슬림석재판(520)의 측면에는 외단면결합용체결파스너(640)이 끼워질 수 있도록 외곽에는 폴리머몰탈이 접합되어 감싸있는 단열패널유닛(510)에는 직사각형상의 패널걸림홈(611)을 외단면결합용체결파스너(640)의 크기 만큼 형성하고, 초슬림석재판(520)에는 외단면결합용체결파스너(640)의 파스너고정부(646)가 끼워져 고정될 수 있도록 파스너고정홈(621)을 형성하여, 상기 외단면결합용체결파스너(640)이 상기 패널걸림홈(611) 및 파스너고정홈(621)에 끼워져 고정하며, 상기 외단면결합용체결파스너(640)은 철재로 앵글걸이홈(642)을 직사각형상으로 형성되게 하고, 양측면에는 앵글걸이홈측면부(644)를 형성하되, 상기 앵글걸이홈측면부(644)의 양끝단부는 파스너고정부(646)를 형성하여 상기 파스너고정홈(621)에 끼워지게 형성한다.
