Structure of clean room
The present invention relates to a clean room structure realized to adjust the airflow by installing a fan filter unit (FFU) on the side surface while performing side surface blowing. According to the present invention, the clean room structure comprises: a room unit formed to have a space of a certain size while being separated or isolated from the outside; and an FFU installed in the side surface of the room unit to clean the inside of the room unit.
본 발명은 측면에 팬 필터 유닛(FFU: Fan Filter Unit)을 설치해서 측면 송풍을 수행하면서 송풍 기류를 조정하도록 구현한 클린룸 구조에 관한 것으로, 외부와 분리 또는 격리시켜 주면서 일정한 크기의 공간을 가지도록 형성한 룸부; 및 룸부의 측면에 설치되어, 룸부의 내부를 클린해 주는 FFU부를 포함한다.
