According to the present invention, a road mat weaving device comprises a warp supply unit, a warp heald unit, a weft supply unit, a mat weaving unit, and a mat drawing unit. The weft supply unit comprises: a weft bobbin unit capable of traversing along an opening and wound with the weft; a pair of sliders individually installed on both sides of the weft bobbin unit and reciprocating along the transverse direction; a clamp installed on one side of each slider so that the pair of sliders can alternately exchange and transfer the weft bobbin unit, and coupled to be attached and detached around the circumference of the end of the weft bobbin unit; and a binding pin protruding along the transverse direction from any one of the slider and the weft bobbin unit and inserted into the other one when the slider and the weft bobbin unit are bound. Accordingly, the weft bobbin unit can be transferred without resistance.
본 발명에 따른 로드 매트 직조장치는 날줄 공급부와, 날줄 종광부와, 씨줄 공급부와, 매트 직조부와, 매트 인출부를 포함하며, 상기 씨줄 공급부는 상기 개구부를 따라 횡단 가능하며 상기 씨줄이 권취되는 씨줄 보빈유닛과, 상기 씨줄 보빗유닛 양측에 각각 설치되어 상기 횡단방향을 따라 왕복 이동하는 한 쌍의 슬라이더와, 상기 한 쌍의 슬라이더가 교대로 상기 씨줄 보빈유닛을 주고 받으며 이송시킬 수 있도록 상기 각각의 슬라이더 일측에 설치되어 상기 씨줄 보빈유닛의 끝단 둘레에 착탈 가능토록 결속될 수 있는 클램프와, 상기 슬라이더와 씨줄 보빈유닛 중 어느 하나로부터 상기 횡단방향을 따라 돌출되며 그 나머지 하나에 상기 슬라이더와 상기 씨줄 보빈유닛의 결속시 끼워지는 결속핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
