Provided is an amorphous refactory material for steelmaking repairment. The amorphous refactory material for steelmaking repairment, in wt%, is composed of: a main material containing 30 to 60 wt% of globular granule synthetic magnesia, residual basic refractory aggregate, and inevitable impurities; with respect to 100 parts by weight of a main raw material composition, 13 to 18 parts by weight of peach, and 2 to 6 parts by weight of a supplementary agent, which is an organic compound conducts an exothermic reaction at a temperature of 300°C or highest and is combustion decomposed. The present invention can improve steel production with high corrosion resistance and short construction time.
제강 보수용 부정형 내화물이 제공된다. 본 발명의 제강 보수용 부정형 내화물은, 중량%로, 구형 원립의 합성 마그네시아 30~60%와 잔여 염기성 내화골재 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 주원료에, 상기 주원료 조성 100중량부에 대하여, 피치 13 ~ 18 중량부와, 300℃ 이상의 온도에서 발열반응을 하며 연소 분해되는 유기성 화합물인 조연제 2 ~ 6 중량부를 첨가하여 이루어진다.
Provided is an amorphous refactory material for steelmaking repairment.
