Basic repair material for not using water in steel making
An anhydrous basic repair material for steelmaking is provided. The anhydrous basic repair material for steelmaking of the present invention, based on 100 parts by weight of basic refractory aggregate, contains: 2 to 6 parts by weight of sodium metasilicate hydrate (2Na_2O.SiO_2.xH_2O, wherein x is an integer of 5 to 12); 2 to 10 parts by weight of a carbonic acid-based raw material; and 0.1 to 0.3 part by weight of at least one of inorganic and organic fibers.
제강용 무수 염기성 보수재가 제공된다. 본 발명의 제강용 무수 염기성 보수재는, 염기성 내화골재 100중량부에 대하여, 무기물 결합제로서 메타규산소다 수화물(Sodium metasilicate hydrate, 2Na2O.SiO2.xH2O, x는 5∼12의 정수): 2~6 중량부; 탄산계 원료: 2~10 중량부; 무기 및 유기 섬유 중 1종 이상: 0.1~0.3 중량부를 포함한다.
