Construction method of carbonized exposed concrete structure
The present invention provides a method for constructing a carbonized exposed concrete structure, which includes the following steps of: installing a mold; preparing carbonized wood of which a surface is firstly carbonized by a torch after the surface is firstly ground by a grinder; attaching the carbonized wood to the mold; secondly grinding the surface of the carbonized wood attached to the mold by the grinder; secondly carbonizing the surface of the secondly ground carbonized wood by the torch; and removing the mold and the carbonized wood after the concrete is placed and cured in the mold.
본 발명은, 거푸집을 설치하는 단계, 그라인더로 표면을 1차 그라인딩 가공 후, 토치로 표면을 1차 탄화시킨 탄화 목재를 준비하는 단계, 탄화 목재를 거푸집에 부착시키는 단계, 거푸집에 부착된 탄화 목재의 표면을 그라인더로 2차 그라인딩 가공하는 단계, 2차 그라인딩 가공된 탄화 목재의 표면을 토치로 2차 탄화시키는 단계, 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생한 후, 거푸집과 탄화 목재를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 탄화 노출 콘크리트 구조물의 시공방법을 제공한다.
