Coupler for connecting reinforcing rod
The present invention relates to a coupler for connecting a reinforcing bar, which is used to connect a reinforcing bar or a member of a round bar shape in a construction site. To this end, the coupler comprises: a socket which has a hollow body shape having a screw thread formed on the outer circumference, and in which a partition is formed at the central portion on the inside; a fastening nut of a hollow body shape, in which a screw thread is formed on the inner circumference to be screw-coupled to the socket; and a pressurizing member which has a hollow body shape mounted on the inner space of the fastening nut screw-coupled to the socket, and in which an inner hollow hole is formed to have a diameter becoming smaller towards the partition. Therefore, the fastening nut is rotated to pressurize the outer circumference of a reinforcing bar inserted into the pressurizing member by means of the hollow hole formed at both ends of the fastening nut, thereby connecting a pair of reinforcing bars. Consequently, the coupler for connecting a reinforcing bar of the present invention simplifies a fastening method to reduce the time required for a fastening work. In addition, a reinforcing bar can be doubly pressurized, thereby maintaining the solid fastened state.
본 발명은 건설현장에서 철근 또는 환봉형상의 부재를 잇기 위해 사용되는 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 커플러는 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상으로서 내부 중심부에는 격벽이 형성되어 있는 소켓과, 내주연에 나사산이 형성되어 상기 소켓에 나사결합하는 중공체 형상의 조임너트와, 상기 소켓에 나사결합된 조임너트의 내부공간에 안착되는 중공체 형상으로서 격벽 측으로 갈수록 직경이 작아지게 내부 중공홀이 형성되어 있는 압박부재로 이루어져 있어 상기 조임너트를 회전시켜 조임너트의 양단에 형성된 중공홀을 통해 압박부재의 내부로 삽입되는 철근의 외주연을 압박함으로써 한 쌍의 철근을 연결하는 것이 특징인 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것이다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명 철근 연결용 커플러는 체결방법을 단순화하여 체결작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 또한 철근을 2중으로 압박하도록 함으로써 견고한 체결상태를 유지할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a coupler for connecting a reinforcing bar, which is used to connect a reinforcing bar or a member of a round bar shape in a construction site.
