Manufacturing method of clean room steel floor and steel floor
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a steel floor for a clean room and a steel floor thereby. The method includes: a press step of manufacturing a steel material into a frame bar and a cover plate, wherein a plurality of protruding pins, an insertion groove and grooves of the cover plate corresponding to the protruding pins are formed during the procedure of manufacturing the frame bar; an assembly step of forming a frame structure by arranging and assembling a plurality of frame bars vertically and horizontally and connecting the bars alternately with each other through insertion grooves of the frame bars; a primary thermal treatment stove step of loading a heavy object into the frame structure after the completion of the assembly; a solder addition step of adding solder to the frame structure after the primary thermal treatment stove step; a welding step of loading the heavy object into the frame structure after the addition of the solder, and then, making the structure go through a continuous stove while carrying out welding work; and a riveting step of matching the grooves of the cover plate and the protruding pins of the frame bars by combining the cover plate with the frame structure after the welding, and then, riveting a protruding part. According to the present invention, the method is capable of securing advantages such as simple manufacturing steps, high production efficiency, and lower production costs.
본 발명은 청정실용 철강바닥의 제조방법 및 이에 의한 철강바닥에 관한 것으로서, 철강자재를 프레임바 및 덮개판으로 제조하되, 프레임바의 제조단계 중 다수개 돌출핀, 삽입홈 및 상기 돌출핀에 대응되는 덮개판의 홈을 형성하는 프레스단계; 다수개 프레임바를 수직, 수평방향으로 배열조립하여 프레임바의 삽입홈을 통하여 교차로 연결하여 프레임구조물을 이루는 조립단계; 조립완성후의 프레임구조물에 무거운 물체를 탑재하여 1차열처리스토브단계; 1차열처리단계후의 프레임구조물에 솔더를 투여하는 솔더투입단계;솔더투입후의 프레임구조물에 무거운 물체를 탑재한 후 연속스토브에 통과하는 동시에 용접작업을 진행하는 용접단계; 및 용접한 후의 프레임구조물과 덮개판을 조합하여 프레임바의 돌출핀과 덮개판의 홈을 맞춘후 돌출부를리베팅하는 리베팅단계을 포함한다.본 발명은 제조단계가 간단하고 생산효율이 높으며 원가를 다운시킬수 있는 장점을 확보할수 있다

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a steel floor for a clean room and a steel floor thereby.
