Angle-adjustable Claw for Excavators
The present invention relates to a claw for an excavator comprising: a claw main frame of which one end unit is coupled to an end unit of an arm to be rotatable around a first central shaft; and a locking unit which is able to fix the claw main frame at a random position between a first position and a second position. The locking unit includes: a plurality of first accommodation units provided on an end unit of the arm; a plurality of second accommodation units provided on one end unit of the claw main frame to be placed at a position corresponding to the first accommodation units; a male member having a plurality of locking units which can move between a locking position, which is coupled to the first accommodation units and the second accommodation units to fixate the claw main frame not to be rotatable, and an unlocking position, at which the claw main frame escapes from at least one of the first accommodation units and the second accommodation units to be rotatable; and a transfer unit which is able to move the male member to at least one of the locking position and the unlocking position, and operates by electricity or a hydropneumatic pressure. According to the present invention, provided are effects where the claw main frame can be used by being fixed at a random angle, there is no worry over a physical interference with surrounding objects, it is much more convenient to perform a work using only a bucket, and there is no risk of accident.
본 발명은 굴삭기용 집게에 관한 것으로서, 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록, 일단부가 상기 암의 말단부에 결합되어 있는 집게 본체; 상기 집게 본체를, 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이의 임의의 위치에 고정시킬 수 있는 잠금 유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 잠금 유닛은, 상기 암의 말단부에 마련되는 복수 개의 제1 수용부; 상기 제1 수용부와 대응되는 위치에 배치되도록 상기 집게 본체의 일단부에 마련되는 복수 개의 제2 수용부; 상기 제1 수용부 및 상기 제2 수용부와 결합됨으로써 상기 집게 본체를 회전 불가능하게 고정하는 잠금 위치와, 상기 제1 수용부 및 상기 제2 수용부 중 적어도 하나로부터 이탈하여 상기 집게 본체가 회전 가능하게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 위치 이동 가능한 복수 개의 잠금부를 구비하는 수부재;를 포함하며, 상기 수부재를, 상기 잠금 위치와 상기 해제 위치 중 적어도 하나의 위치로 이동시킬 수 있으며, 전기 또는 유공압에 의하여 작동하는 이송 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 집게 본체를 임의의 각도로 고정한 상태로 사용할 수 있으며, 주변 물체와 물리적 간섭을 일으킬 염려가 없는 바 버켓만을 사용하는 작업이 매우 편리해지고 안전 사고의 위험이 없다는 효과가 있다.
