MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTI-LAYER CERAMIC FILTER USING BLADE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multi-layer ceramic filter using a blade method, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a multi-layer ceramic filter by uniformly applying ceramic slurry that uses 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of a pore-forming agent by a blade method, additionally mixing existing ceramic slurry or optimized ceramic slurry of different types according to the use characteristics of the ceramic filter, and uniformly stacking and applying one or more additional layers using the blade method.
본 발명은 블레이드법을 이용한 다층 세라믹 필터의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 조공제를 0.1 내지 5.0 중량부 사용한 세라믹 슬러리를 블레이드법으로 균일하게 도포한 다음, 세라믹 필터의 사용 특성에 따라 기존 세라믹 슬러리 또는 최적화된 이종의 세라믹 슬러리를 추가 배합하여 블레이드법으로 하나의 층 이상을 추가로 균일하게 적층 도포하여 다층 세라믹 필터를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 블레이드법을 이용한 다층 세라믹 필터의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 조공제를 0.1 내지 5.0 중량부 사용한 세라믹 슬러리를 블레이드법으로 균일하게 도포한 다음, 세라믹 필터의 사용 특성에 따라 기존 세라믹 슬러리 또는 최적화된 이종의 세라믹 슬러리를 추가 배합하여 블레이드법으로 하나의 층 이상을 추가로 균일하게 적층 도포하여 다층 세라믹 필터를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
