Paint spread device of road marking
The present invention relates to a painting device for road marking capable of discharging paint in a uniform width and thickness by using simply-configured equipment. According to the present invention, the painting device for road marking by drawing a lane using supplied paint onto a road surface comprises a first storage container which is mounted on a transfer cart and filled with the paint, and a second storage container for spraying the paint supplied from the first storage container onto the road surface. The first storage container has a cover detached from and attached to an upper end so that the paint can be filled. The second storage container is divided into an upper housing connected to the first storage container by a joining pipe, and a hopper coupled to a lower side of the housing. An impeller rotated by the driving of a motor is mounted on the second storage container. A valve body is installed in the middle of the bottom of the hopper.
본 발명은, 간단하게 구성된 장비를 이용하여 페인트의 폭이나 두께 등을 일률적으로 토출시킬 수 있는 노면 표시용 도색기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 도로면에 페인트를 공급하여 차선을 그리기 위한 노면 표시용 도색기에 있어서, 이송대차 상에 탑재되어 페인트가 채워지는 제1저장통 및 이 제1저장통으로부터 공급되는 페인트를 도로면으로 분사하기 위한 제2저장통으로 구성되며, 상기 제1저장통에는 페인트를 채워넣을 수 있도록 상단부에 덮개가 탈,부착 가능하도록 구성되고, 상기 제2저장통에는 이음관에 의해 제1저장통에 연결되는 상측 하우징 및 이 하우징의 하측에 결속되는 호퍼로 분할 구성됨과 동시에 모터의 가동에 의해 회전하는 임펠러가 장착되어 있고, 상기 호퍼의 저면부 중앙에 밸브체가 설치되어 있다.
