The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus for aged paint on the road, which is able to be more effectively used for flattening, reproducing, or removing aged paint on the road. According to the present invention, the treatment apparatus for aged paint on the road comprises: a freely driving transfer cart; a scraping unit mounted on the transfer cart to cut out the surface of the aged paint; and a height control unit for minutely setting the position of the scraping unit. The transfer cart has wheels which freely drive straight forward and rotate on the four corners of a lower surface as well as a handle formed on one side of a mainframe. The scraping unit includes: a rotary shaft operated by a motor; and a scraper mounted on the rotary shaft. At the same time, the scraper interposes a connection piece mounted on the outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical body, and includes a blade piece bound to have an elastic force. The height control unit is able to minutely set the position of the scraping unit from the mainframe, and to control the depth of the cut-out parts of the surface of the aged paint.
본 발명은 노면에 도색되어 있는 노후 페인트에 대한 평탄화 혹은 재생이나 제거작업을 행하는데 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 노면표시 노후 페인트 처리기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주행이 자유로운 이송대차와, 이 이송대차에 장착되어 노후 페인트의 표면을 깍아내기 위한 스크래핑 유닛 및 이 스크래핑 유닛의 위치를 미세하게 셋팅하기 위한 높낮이 조절유닛으로 이루어지며, 상기 이송대차는 본체 프레임의 일측에 손잡이가 마련되어 있는 동시에 저면의 사방 모서리에 직진 주행 및 회전이 자유로운 바퀴가 장착되어 있고, 상기 스크래핑 유닛은 모터에 의해 가동하는 회전축 및 이 회전축 상에 장착되는 스크래퍼를 구비함과 동시에 이 스크래퍼는 원통몸체의 외주면에 장착된 연결편을 개재하여 탄성력을 갖도록 결속된 날개편으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 높낮이 조절유닛은 본체 프레임으로부터 스크래핑 유닛의 위치를 미세하게 셋팅하여 노후 페인트의 표면에 대한 깍여나가는 깊이를 조절할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.
