The present invention relates to a hinged door with an increased opening angle, which comprises: a door opening and closing an entrance formed on the inside of an upper door frame and a vertical door frame; an upper hinge means provided at the upper portion of the door to rotatably support the door with respect to the upper door frame; and a lower hinge means provided at the lower portion of the door to rotatably support the door. The upper hinge means includes an upper hinge plate having a fixating unit fixedly coupled to the upper end of the vertical door of the door, and a hinge unit extended to one side of the fixating unit to be formed on the front surface of the upper end of the vertical door and having a penetration hole formed at one side. A vertical extension line extending the center of the penetration hole in up-and-down directions diverges from the space unit of the vertical door to penetrate the lower surface plate of the upper door frame at a location spaced apart from the front surface of the vertical door. A connecting unit connecting one side surface of the fixating unit to the hinge unit is formed to correspond to a contour line connecting from the side surface plate of the vertical door to the front surface plate thereof so as to approach the front surface plate of the vertical door when the door is opened. Therefore, the door can be opened even beyond the vertical door frame.
본 발명은 개방각도가 확대된 여닫이 도어에 관한 것으로서, 상부문틀과 상기 수직문틀의 내부에 형성되는 출입구를 개폐하는 문짝; 상기 문짝의 상부에서 상기 문짝을 상기 상부문틀에 대해서 회전가능하게 지지하는 상부힌지수단; 및 상기 문짝의 하부에서 상기 문짝을 회전가능하게 지지하는 하부힌지수단;을 구비하여 이루어지고, 상기 상부힌지수단은, 상기 문짝의 수직문짝 상단에 고정결합되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 일측으로 연장되어 상기 수직문짝의 상단 전면에 형성되며 일측에는 관통구멍이 형성된 힌지부를 구비하는 상부힌지판을 포함하고, 상기 관통구멍의 중심을 상하로 연장하는 수직연장선은 상기 수직문짝의 공간부를 벗어나서 상기 수직문짝의 전면으로부터 이격진 위치에서 상기 상부문틀의 저면판을 관통하고, 상기 고정부의 일측면과 힌지부를 연결하는 연결부는 상기 문짝이 개방될 때, 상기 수직문틀의 전면판에 접근될 수 있도록 상기 상기 수직문틀의 측면판에서 전면판에 이르는 윤곽선과 대응되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
