PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To negate the need of limiting fitting positions of hinges 10 while stably fitting the hinges 10 supporting a new door 8 to a right post 1 when a swing type door unit opening/closing an opening portion O of a building and being housed inset is renovated to a structure housed outset.SOLUTION: A new door 8 replacing an existing door is disposed at a front side of an opening portion O and has suspending end portions supported by a peripheral portion of the opening portion O via hinges 10 in a swingable manner and closes the entire opening portion O so as to cover the entire opening portion O from the front side of the opening portion O in a closed state. A suspending vertical frame 16 is fitted to right post 1 at a suspending side of the opening portion O circumferential edge from the front side, and the hinges 10 are fitted to the suspending vertical frame 16. The hinges 10 are fitted to the right post 1 by at least one screw V passing through the suspending vertical frame 16. A door end vertical frame 25 is fitted to a left post 1 of a door end side circumferential edge portion of the opening portion O from the front side, and a latch reception 26 is provided to the door end vertical frame 25.
【課題】建物の開口部Ｏを開閉するインセット納まりの揺動型ドア装置をアウトセット納まりの構造にリフォームする際に、新規ドア８を支持する丁番１０を安定して取り付けるとともに、丁番１０の取付位置の制限も不要にする。【解決手段】既存ドアに代わる新規ドア８は、開口部Ｏの前側に配置されかつ吊元端部が開口部Ｏ周縁部に丁番１０を介して揺動可能に支持されていて、閉じ状態では開口部Ｏ全体を該開口部Ｏの前側から覆うように閉じるものとされる。開口部Ｏ周縁の吊元側の右柱１に前側から吊元縦枠１６が取り付けられ、その吊元縦枠１６に丁番１０が取り付けられている。丁番１０は、吊元縦枠１６を貫通する少なくとも１本のビスＶにより右柱１に取り付けられている。開口部Ｏの戸先側周縁部の左柱１に前側から戸先縦枠２５が取り付けられ、その戸先縦枠２５にラッチ受け２６が設けられている。【選択図】図２
