SWING TYPE DOOR UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To negate the need of limiting fitting positions of hinges 10 while stably fitting the hinges 10 supporting a new door 8 to a new horizontal frame 16 and a right post 1 when a swing type door unit opening/closing an opening portion O of a building and being housed inset is renovated to a structure housed outset.SOLUTION: A new door 8 is disposed at a front side of an opening portion O, has suspending end portions supported by a peripheral portion of the opening portion O via pivot hinges 10 and 10 in a swingable manner and closes the entire opening portion O so as to cover the entire opening portion O from the front side of the opening portion O. A new horizontal frame 16 having both end portions fitted to left and right posts 1 and 1 of an opening portion O periphery from the front side is disposed at an upper side of the opening portion O periphery. The upper portion hinge 10 is fitted to a right end portion thereof. The lower portion hinge 10 is directly fitted to a right post 1 lower end portion of the opening portion O periphery from the frond side. A latch 26 appearing/disappearing to/from a door end side upper surface by operation of an operation handle 21 is provided to the new door 8. A latch reception 30 is provided on a left end portion lower surface of the new horizontal frame 16.
【課題】建物の開口部Ｏを開閉するインセット納まりの揺動型ドア装置をアウトセット納まりの構造にリフォームする際に、新規ドア８を支持する丁番１０を安定して取り付けるとともに、丁番１０の取付位置の制限も不要にする。【解決手段】新規ドア８は、開口部Ｏの前側に配置されかつ吊元端部が開口部Ｏ周縁部にピボット丁番１０，１０を介して揺動可能に支持されていて、開口部Ｏ全体を該開口部Ｏの前側から覆うように閉じる。開口部Ｏ周縁の上側に、両端部が開口部Ｏ周縁の左右の柱１，１に前側から取り付けられた新規横枠１６が配置され、その右端部に上部丁番１０が取り付けられる。下部丁番１０は開口部Ｏ周縁の右柱１下端部に前側から直接に取り付けられている。新規ドア８には操作ハンドル２１の操作により戸先側上面に対し出没するラッチ２６が設けられ、新規横枠１６の左端部下面にラッチ受け３０が設けられている。【選択図】図２
