In the present invention, a functional block is manufactured by optimizing a ratio of waste tungsten tailings, cement and sand, followed by hydrothermal synthesis. The functional block manufactured by the method of the present invention can be used as an auxiliary and roadway concrete interlocking block by having flexural strength and can be commercialized, and thus has an advantage of recycling discarded tungsten tailings.
본 발명은 버려지는 중석 광미와 시멘트 및 모래의 비율을 최적화하고 수열합성하는 방법으로 기능성 블록을 제조하였다. 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 기능성 블록은 보조 및 차도용 콘크리트 인터로킹 블록으로 사용 가능한 휨강도를 가져 상용화가 가능하므로 폐기되는 중석 광미를 재활용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
