INSULATING CASE FOR PROTECTION BOX OF WATER METER
According to one aspect of the present invention, an insulation case for a protection box of a water meter, which is installed in a protection box body of a water meter protection box protecting a water meter buried in the ground, includes: a lower body having an open upper part; an upper body combined with the lower body to cover the open upper part of the lower body; a warmth-keeping cap for metering, which is provided to be connected to the upper body; and a confinement means fixing the insulation case for a protection box of a water meter in the protection box body. The lower body includes: a first piping hole through which a water inflow pipe is inserted; and a second piping hole through which a water discharge pipe is inserted. An opening part for metering is formed in the upper body, the warmth-keeping cap is inserted into the opening part to seal the opening part, and the confinement means includes a protrusion protruding from at least one of the outer surface of the lower body and the outer surface of the upper body. The protrusion is provided as an elastic member, and, when the insulation case for a protection box of a water meter is inserted into the protection box body, at least one part of the protrusion comes in contact with an inner surface of the protection box body. Meanwhile, the upper and lower bodies are formed by mixing EVA resin and a foaming agent.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 지하에 매설되는 수도미터기를 보호하는 수도미터기 보호통의 보호통 본체 내부에 설치되는 수도미터기 보호통 단열 케이스에 있어서, 상부가 개방되는 하부 몸체; 상기 하부 몸체와 결합되어 상기 하부 몸체의 개방된 상부을 덮는 상부 몸체; 상기 상부 몸체에 연결되도록 제공되는 검침용 보온 마개; 및 상기 수도미터기 보호통 단열 케이스를 보호통 본체 내부에 고정시키는 구속 수단을 포함하고, 상기 하부 몸체는, 입수용 배관이 삽입 관통되는 제1 배관홀과, 출수용 배관이 삽입 관통되는 제2 배관홀을 포함하며, 상기 상부 몸체에는 검침을 위한 개구부가 형성되고, 상기 보온 마개는 상기 개구부에 끼움 결합되어 상기 개구부를 밀폐시키며, 상기 구속 수단은 상기 하부 몸체의 외측면과 상기 상부 몸체의 외측면 중 적어도 하나로부터 돌출되는 돌기를 포함하고, 상기 돌기는 탄성부재로 제공되고, 상기 수도미터기 보호통 단열 케이스가 상기 보호통 본체 내부로 삽입되면, 상기 돌기의 적어도 일부가 상기 보호통 본체의 내측면과 접촉되되, 상기 하부 몸체 및 상기 상부 몸체는 EVA 수지와 발포제가 혼합되어 형성되는 수도미터기 보호통 단열 케이스가 제공될 수 있다.

According to one aspect of the present invention, an insulation case for a protection box of a water meter, which is installed in a protection box body of a water meter protection box protecting a water meter buried in the ground, includes: a lower body having an open upper part; an upper body combined with the lower body to cover the open upper part of the lower body; a warmth-keeping cap for metering, which is provided to be connected to the upper body; and a confinement means fixing the insulation case for a protection box of a water meter in the protection box body. The lower body includes: a first piping hole through which a water inflow pipe is inserted; and a second piping hole through which a water discharge pipe is inserted. An opening part for metering is formed in the upper body, the warmth-keeping cap is inserted into the opening part to seal the opening part, and the confinement means includes a protrusion protruding from at least one of the outer surface of the lower body and the outer surface of the upper body. The protrusion is provided as an elastic member, and, when the insulation case for a protection box of a water meter is inserted into the protection box body, at least one part of the protrusion comes in contact with an inner surface of the protection box body. Meanwhile, the upper and lower bodies are formed by mixing EVA resin and a foaming agent.
