FABRICATION METHOD OF PARTIAL PIER CAP PARTIAL PIER CAP AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PIER USING PARTIAL PIER CAP
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a partial precast pier cap, a partial precast pier cap, and a construction method of a structure including the same, wherein the method for manufacturing a partial precast pier cap includes the following steps of: arranging an outer mold corresponding to an outer surface of a pier cap body in which a hollow portion opened in a vertical direction is formed and the rest except the hollow portion is precast and arranging a plurality of reinforcing bars with respect to a filling space between an inner mold and the outer mold corresponding to the pier cap body; forming the pier cap body by placing concrete into the filling space and curing the concrete; and separating the outer mold and the inner mold from the formed pier cap body. Therefore, the method for manufacturing a partial precast pier cap can improve work efficiency and safety.
부분 프리캐스트 피어캡 제작 방법, 부분 프리캐스트 피어캡 및 이를 포함하는 구조물의 시공 방법에 관한 것이며, 부분 프리캐스트 피어캡 제작 방법은 내부에 상하 방향으로 개구된 중공부가 형성되어 상기 중공부를 제외한 나머지 부분이 프리캐스트되는 피어캡 몸체의 외면에 대응하는 외부 거푸집을 배치하고, 상기 피어캡 몸체에 대응하는 상기 외부 거푸집과 상기 내부 거푸집 사이의 충진 공간에 대하여 복수의 철근을 배치하는 단계, 상기 충진 공간에 콘크리트를 타설 및 양생하여 상기 피어캡 몸체를 형성하는 단계 및 형성된 상기 피어캡 몸체로부터 상기 외부 거푸집과 상기 내부 거푸집을 분리하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
