Compositon for yellow soil mortar and yellow soil board using the same
The present invention relates to a composition for loess mortar, and a loess board using the same. The composition is composed by mixing loess powder, gelite (Ge-lite) powder, and wood chips, wherein a volume ratio of the loess powder, the gelite powder, and the wood chips is 1:0.1-1.2:0.001-0.3. According to the present invention, the composition contains gelite playing a role as a binding agent for loess, and thus the occurrence of cracks can be prevented. Accordingly, the durability of an applied wall or floor can be improved. Also, in addition to useful functions of loess, not only general useful functions of volcanic soil, such as far-infrared emission by gelite and humidity control, but also beneficial functions such as blocking water veins and blocking harmful electromagnetic waves can be provided, and thus environmentally-friendly properties can be promoted.
본 발명은 황토 분말과, 겔라이트(Ge-lite) 분말과, 우드칩을 혼합하여 이루어지고, 상기 황토 분말, 상기 겔라이트 분말 및 상기 우드칩의 부피비가 1 : 0.1 ~ 1.2 : 0.001 ~ 0.3로 이루어지는, 황토 모르타르용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 황토 보드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 황토에 대하여 바인딩 역할을 하는 겔라이트(Ge-lite)를 함유함으로써, 크랙 발생을 방지할 수 있고, 이로 인해 적용되는 벽체나 바닥체의 내구성을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 황토의 유용한 기능과 더블어 겔라이트에 의한 원적외선 방출 및 습도 조절 등과 같은 화산토의 일반적인 유용한 기능 외에도 수맥차단 및 유해 전자파차단 등의 유익한 기능을 제공함으로써, 친환경을 도모하도록 할 수 있다.
