본 발명은 잡초, 식물, 나무 등의 식물 추출수액과 탄화물을 포함하는 황토모르타르 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 원적외선 방출 기능성을 부여하는 황토를 기반으로 하는 모르타르 조성물을 제조하되, 은행, 왕겨, 잡초 등의 식물성 추출액 및 그 탄화물을 혼합하여 친환경성을 높이고, 부산물(은행, 잡초 왕겨,쌀겨,벼짚,)에서 수액를 채취하고 그 수액을 숙성·발효시켜 사용함으로써, 방충, 살균, 항균 효과를 구현할 수 있는 기능성 모르타르을 제공할 수 있다.
