The present invention relates to a rebar coupler. According to the present invention, the rebar coupler comprises: a coupler mainframe which has a hollow unit formed in a longitudinal direction, a first guide spiral engagement unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hollow unit, and a second guide spiral engagement unit formed from the center portion of the hollow unit toward an outer side on the other side; a first tightening unit which includes first tightening members for gripping a rebar by being engaged by a screw with the first guide spiral engagement unit of the coupler mainframe, and a first elastic spring wound on the outer circumferential surface of the engaged first tightening members in a spiral direction and extended toward the center portion side of the mainframe from the rear end portion of the first tightening members; and a second tightening unit which includes a plurality of second tightening members for being engaged by the screw with the second guide spiral engagement unit of the coupler mainframe and gripping the rebar, and a second elastic spring wound on the outer circumferential surface of the second tightening members in a spiral direction and extended toward the center portion of the mainframe from a rear end portion of the second tightening members. The present invention aims to provide the rebar coupler which is able to improve the rebar gripping force.
본 발명에 따른 철근 커플러는 길이 방향으로 중공부가 형성되고 이의 내주면에 제1가이드나선결합부와, 중공부의 중앙부로부터 타측의 외측방향으로 제 2가이드나선결합부을 포함하는 커플러 본체와; 상기 커플러 본체의 제 1가이드나선결합부와 나사결합되어 철근을 파지하기 위한 제1조임부재들과, 결합된 제1조임부재들의 외주면에 나선방향을 따라 감기며 제1조임부재들의 후단부로부터 본체의 중앙부측으로 연장되는 제 1탄성스프링를 포함하는 제1조임유닛과; 상기 커플러 본체의 제 2이드나선결합부와 나사결합되어 철근을 파지하기 위한 복수개의 제2조임부재들과, 결합된 상기 제2조임부재들의 외주면에 나선방향을 따라 감기며 제2조임부재들의 후단부로부터 본체의 중앙부측으로 연장되는 제 2탄성스프링를 포함하는 제2조임유닛;을 구비한다.
