METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FAULT DIAGNOSIS IN CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
The present invention relates to a construction machine failure diagnosis method and a system thereof. In the construction machine failure diagnosis method, vibration signals are obtained from a sensor installed in a gearbox of a construction machine. Health data for determining abnormal vibration of the gearbox is obtained by using a signal processing technique based on the obtained vibration signals. A correction factor in consideration of characteristics of the construction machine according to a working environment is reflected in the health data to calculate an optimized health factor. Based on the optimized health factor, it is determined whether the gearbox is failed. An objective of the present invention is to provide the construction machine failure diagnosis method, which can accurately diagnose and classify any failure of the planetary gearbox in the construction machine.
건설기계의 고장 진단 방법에 있어서, 건설기계의 기어박스에 설치된 센서로부터 진동 신호를 획득한다. 상기 획득한 진동 신호들을 기초로 하여 신호처리 기법을 이용하여 상기 기어박스의 비정상 진동 판단을 위한 건전성 데이터(health data)를 획득한다. 작업 환경에 따른 상기 건설기계의 특성을 고려한 보정 인자를 상기 건전성 데이터에 반영하여 최적화된 건전성 인자를 산출한다. 상기 최적화된 건전성 인자에 기초하여 상기 기어박스의 고장 여부를 판단한다.
