Trash removal machine with self-generation function
Provided is a dust removal machine with a self-generation function, which can generate electricity by itself, can produce and store electricity, and can be operated by itself even if power supply is cut off. The dust removal machine with a self-generation function comprises: a screen having a gap overlapping the entrance of a waterway and passing water, and a blocking unit for blocking floating matters flowing down by a water current; a frame for fixing the screen, and supported on the wall surface of the waterway; a chain drive unit installed on the frame to rotate continuously in one direction along the circumference of the frame; a rake which has one end coupled to the chain drive unit to move continuously together with the chain drive unit, rakes the floating matters caught on the front of the screen, and raises the same to the top of the screen; a motor drive unit for rotating the chain drive unit; and a power generation unit installed on at least one of the frame or the wall surface of the waterway to generate electricity by the water current passing through the waterway and provide the same to the motor drive unit.
자가발전이 가능하여 전기를 생산하고 저장할 수 있으며 전원 공급이 끊어져도 스스로 구동할 수 있는 자가발전 기능이 있는 제진기가 제공된다. 자가발전 기능이 있는 제진기는 수로의 입구와 중첩되며 물이 통과하는 틈새와 수류에 떠내려 오는 부유물을 차단하는 차단부가 형성된 스크린, 스크린을 고정하며 수로의 벽면에 지지되는 프레임, 프레임에 설치되며 프레임의 둘레를 따라 일방향으로 연속적으로 회전하는 체인 구동부, 일단부가 체인 구동부에 결합되어 체인 구동부와 함께 연속적으로 이동하며 스크린 전면에 걸린 부유물을 걷어 스크린 상단으로 끌어올리는 레이크, 체인 구동부를 회전 구동하는 모터 구동부, 프레임 또는 수로 벽면 중 적어도 하나에 설치되어 수로를 통과하는 수류에 의해 전기를 생산하여 모터 구동부에 제공하는 발전부를 포함한다.
