A vibration damper with a self-generation function is provided that can generate and store electricity because the vibration damper is capable of self-generation, and can drive itself even if the power supply is cut off. The vibration damper with a self-generation function comprises: a screen overlapping an entrance of a waterway and formed with a gap through which water passes and a blocking part blocking floating objects floating in a water current; a frame that fixes the screen and is supported on a wall of the waterway; a chain drive unit installed on the frame and rotating continuously in one direction along the circumference of the frame; a rake that has one end coupled to the chain drive unit, moves continuously with the chain drive unit, and lifts the floating objects caught in the front of the screen to the top of the screen; a motor drive unit that rotates the chain drive unit; and a power generation unit installed on at least one of the frame or the waterway wall to generate electricity by the water current passing through the waterway and provide the same to the motor drive unit.
자가발전이 가능하여 전기를 생산하고 저장할 수 있으며 전원 공급이 끊어져도 스스로 구동할 수 있는 자가발전 기능이 있는 제진기가 제공된다. 자가발전 기능이 있는 제진기는 수로의 입구와 중첩되며 물이 통과하는 틈새와 수류에 떠내려 오는 부유물을 차단하는 차단부가 형성된 스크린, 스크린을 고정하며 수로의 벽면에 지지되는 프레임, 프레임에 설치되며 프레임의 둘레를 따라 일방향으로 연속적으로 회전하는 체인 구동부, 일단부가 체인 구동부에 결합되어 체인 구동부와 함께 연속적으로 이동하며 스크린 전면에 걸린 부유물을 걷어 스크린 상단으로 끌어올리는 레이크, 체인 구동부를 회전 구동하는 모터 구동부, 프레임 또는 수로 벽면 중 적어도 하나에 설치되어 수로를 통과하는 수류에 의해 전기를 생산하여 모터 구동부에 제공하는 발전부를 포함한다.
