Trash removal machine with thermoelectric power generation function
Provided is a trash removal machine with thermoelectric power generation function, which is able to produce electricity by using heat energy of sunlight incident to the trash removal machine. According to the present invention, the trash removal machine with the thermoelectric power generation function comprises: a screen overlapped with an entrance of a waterway and including a gap through which water passes, and a blocking unit blocking matter floating down the water current; a plate-shaped apron with a guide surface extended from an upper end of the screen and guiding the floating matter coming up along the screen; a frame fixing the screen and the apron and supported by the wall surface of the waterway; a chain driving unit installed on the frame and continuously rotating in one direction along the circumference of the frame; a rake having one end unit engaged with the chain driving unit and continuously moving along with the chain driving unit, and collecting the floating matter hung on the front surface of the screen and pulling up the floating matter toward an upper end of the apron through the screen; a motor driving unit rotating and driving the chain driving unit; a battery unit supplying power to the motor driving unit; and a thermoelectric power generation unit in contact with the rear surface unit of the apron which is the opposite surface to the guide surface, and generating electricity by using the temperature of the apron and storing the electricity in the battery unit.
제진기로 입사되는 햇빛의 열에너지를 이용하여 전기를 생산할 수 있는 열전발전 기능이 있는 제진기가 제공된다. 본 발명에 의한 열전발전 기능이 있는 제진기는, 수로의 입구와 중첩되며 물이 통과하는 틈새와 수류에 떠내려 오는 부유물을 차단하는 차단부가 형성된 스크린과, 스크린 상단으로부터 연장되어 스크린을 따라 올라오는 부유물을 가이드하는 가이드면이 형성된 판 형상의 에이프런과, 스크린과 에이프런을 고정하며 수로의 벽면에 지지되는 프레임과, 프레임에 설치되며 프레임의 둘레를 따라 일방향으로 연속적으로 회전하는 체인 구동부와, 일단부가 체인 구동부에 결합되어 체인 구동부와 함께 연속적으로 이동하며 스크린 전면에 걸린 부유물을 걷어 스크린을 거쳐 에이프런 상단으로 끌어올리는 레이크와, 체인 구동부를 회전 구동하는 모터 구동부와, 모터 구동부에 전력을 공급하는 배터리부와, 가이드면과 반대면이 되는 에이프런의 배면부에 접하여 에이프런의 온도를 이용하여 전기를 생성하여 배터리부에 저장하는 열전발전부를 포함한다.
